Looking back when I was in elementary grade, one of my dreams when I grow up is to be a teacher. But that had changed when my oldest sister recommended and pushing me to get an Industrial Engineering degree course. At first I opposed as I was not good in numbers. Since, she was the one supporting my allowance every day I had to follow her. I enjoyed studying of that degree a bit but it would have been very enjoyable if I have followed my dream back then. Now, that I am a mother I applied being a teacher to my five year old daughter. I have her home schooled. It is quite challenging for me and hoping my child could learn a lot of the way I teach her. As I could see, she’s learning and hoping I can keep going. I have her homeschooled for this year only in Kindergarten. Sometimes I just have doubt the way I teach as I am not a professional teacher.

I think I enjoy teaching my child but I need to study more in that field to become more confident. Right now my daughter wanted to draw different kind of shapes. She couldn’t go back to bed yet though. She was actually finishing filling up the number from 1-100 before we went down for dinner. She is a kid that loves to explore.

It always breaks my heart when she does something bad. I just couldn’t contain myself asking what have I done, didn’t I take care of her well or guard her enough for her to find a way sneaking. Year ago she cut her hair too short. All I did was crying all day. I thought, even how much I watch her accident or thing can still happen.

I guess that is part of living every day. Life must go on, I am just thankful to the Lord, He watches Nicole and didn’t get hurt. As what hubby said, eyebrow will still grow back.

My daughter and husband are watching the videos recorded when we all visited Philippines. It has been over two years since. Nicole keeps telling her dad that she missed all her aunties, uncles, lola, cousins and some of my relatives. She really loved it over there. Until now she remembers all of their names and faces. She was over two years old our last visit back home. Her memory is really amazing!

In an hour later, my hubby arrived. I just didn’t go down to meet him as I usually do. I am busy doing my tasks which I must finish them before 10 AM. My daughter went down to see him and back upstairs watching Dora online and cutting papers right now.

On the other thing, I still couldn’t believe Miss Philippines Venus Raj didn’t get the crown because of that personal question that everyone could barely answer as it needed time to think the biggest mistake in life? How about you, can you answer that easily? Why they didn’t believe she didn’t do major or big mistake in her life. The worst thing I have heard that some people said she was lying with her answer. It is ridiculous. Have her be to answer the question as it was only thrown it to her during the pageant. Respect her answer… if it is proven she didn’t do major mistake can she take the crown? I think Venus Raj is more popular than any of the contestants.
