August is here. There are two members in the family celebrate birthdays in this month. It is my youngest step son and my only daughter. It is Matthew’s birthday today, he turned 21 years old. A grown up kid already huh! My daughter will turn 5 years old on the 16th. How time flies so fast! The time is approaching for her to celebrate her birthday that she has been waiting for. She can’t wait for the day, in fact she keeps bothering us to have it right now, right now, right now!!! LOL! She is very funny indeed! How come kids want to be big right away while as adult want to go back as a kid. If only I could turn back time HAHA! There is no more turning back! Just face the reality were are moving forward, not the other way around! Anyway, on her birthday we might just go to the restaurant as a family to celebrate. I don’t have plan to throw a party as it is very hassle. I just want to relax and just worry about the day where to celebrate it. If we are in the Philippines I can throw a party since my extended family can help me prepare all those foods. Here in America if I throw a party I only have it catered from Filipino restaurant. This time, no celebrating with friends yet. Just exclusive for family!

Life has been so busy with partying, gathering, teaching my child and doing household chores. Life has to be this way while still living. Don’t you agree? This day I am fighting to combat the laundry, hoping to finish it today. The easiest part to do such chore is loading them in the washer. I don’t like folding especially my daughter’s clothes. They are tiny and it takes awhile to finish. Is there any second hand to lend me? LOL! Just a good thing I don’t need to iron them as I will fold them right after the dryer stops. It saves my time and energy to do it not unless if it is hubby’s office suits.
It has been awhile since I teach my child. She needs to practice more writing her names. She’s getting better but I want her to be perfect in writing between three lines for first letter and lower case for small letters in two lines. It is quite a challenge for me though as I am anticipating if she could get the lesson right after teaching her. So far she is doing good. Right now we are both taking a break, she’s eating her lunch while I am updating my blog. I am trying not to hard on her, sometimes I just want her to learn easily by just one teaching. How cruel would that be? I know.. upon teaching her I have learnt something.. BE PATIENT! Just a good thing she’s being cooperative and could learn faster.

I have been so busy watching “When It’s At Night”, an action and romance drama. It is all about Cultural Properties that have been stolen by a tomb robber. I will not spoil the story on my blog here so I let you guys watch it, just search it through google. This is what I do on my spare time watching whatever catches my eyes. Honestly, not only on spare time but also when I procrastinating other things LOL! All I want to do is sit and watch it as long as I want. You all know when it is drama series it takes a long while before it gets done, however I just can’t stop watching until I can just watch it for less than a week. So far I am done watching almost all of the episodes, one more episode to go! Hubby reminded me to finish what I have been doing on the computer and go to bed. Yeah, I felt bad for staying up too late. What can I do? I have been doing this since he got a vacation off of work. Nonetheless, I tried hard to kick back on my normal routine since hubby got back to work since two days ago.

I have stumbled into this site when I was looking for an educational DVD for my five years old daughter. I was surprised to see how this place offers such very low prices for DVD , for up to 70% off. It is unbelievable that I couldn’t wait to share it here on my blog, so my viewers here can get the deal in case they are looking for any kind of entertainment to watch.

I have been putting off my exercise lately because of my weak days.. you know woman’s thingy every month. Why women have to suffer every month? It was just that my body was all drained out that all I wanted to do is sleep and got cranky. Aside from that my back hurt really bad. Hormones were getting crazy! I can’t wait to get back on my routine and hit the goal. Sometimes it is a little hard for me to exercise because my daughter is there beside me biking and I am afraid some cars would pass by. You could never know when reckless driver appears. Even her dad is at home, she would still go with me and jog around or bike around. She just wants to have some fun indoor and outdoor activities. She is very outgoing person. It doesn’t mean she doesn’t like to stay with her dad, in fact she is such a daddy’s little girl. I guess she is both though because she doesn’t want me out of her sight even for few hours. It is funny how she checks me and her daddy every time.
Hopefully, the weather will cooperate tomorrow so I can start walking and jogging again. I need to shed some pounds from eating sweets that I have craved when my period was coming. I already knew the forecast for upcoming days which are rainy but still keeping fingers crossed over here that there are some few hours the sun would shine so I can do my exercise.

Just got done watching Sky High. I would feel bored again as there are no more episodes to watch. I will be looking for more to entertain myself. Until now, I couldn’t believe I am done watching the drama, I left hanging. Why it had to be short? I will just wait till the rest of the coffee house episodes will show up. After watching the Sky High, I went to bed and took a nap for couple of hours. When I woke up my back really hurts and thanks goodness to my daughter who was there to massage me. Hubby didn’t feel good so I didn’t bother him. My dinner was a piece of bread with peanut butter spread, some grape fruits and banana. My mouth was craving for something sweet so those what I grabbed tonight. I came back upstairs and thought to give my mind a break by singing songs at the Karaoke site. My daughter sang along with me. Indeed, we had a pretty nice night.

I am getting hooked with the drama of “Coffee House” Thankful that viikki offers the videos without plugin to download, otherwise I couldn’t have watched episode from 10-13. I was surprised to see that because they usually wanted users to have plugin download to be able to watch any videos on their site. I was really tired after after watching the drama this afternoon and have taken a nap from 7 PM until 10 PM. I hope I could find episode 14 tonight. I will check it as soon as I finish chatting with my sister in PI.
On the other thing, I was so busy cleaning today in master’s bedroom. I hate to see a mess around. I just can’t live with it. I wish I have help but too bad it is too expensive to call carpet cleaner of maid here in USA. Hubby used to just call carpet cleaner but I told him to stop it since it’s quite pricey, I better be the one who do it although I don’t clean as perfectly as carpet cleaner does.

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Ramblers Way. All opinions are 100% mine.
When I think about a wool sweater, it is something warm, soft, fuzzy and light. I have several wool sweaters I keep in my closet. I love to wear them so very much during winter time. This is especially true here in Colorado. where the coldness can be almost unbearable for someone like me, who grew up in the Philippines. It is easy for my sweaters to keep me warm. As you can tell, I always thought wool garments are only good for cold season, until I found Ramblers Way Wool at ramblersway.com. Here I found that wool can be sleek, sexy and soft, perfect for summer time and able to be worn all day and night. I learned that Rambler’s Way was able to use technology to devolop soft, light weight wool clothing. The WINDspun technology that Ramblers Way garments undergo offers the smoothest, most luxurious wool yarn in the marketplace. The result is amazing. Everyone can feel the great comfort and natural breathability upon wearing this wool clothing.
Ramblers Way garments are all natural and chemical free. They use a patented enzyme treatment in order to prevent shrinkage and to keep the garments fully washable. I am they type of person that worries if the garments I buy are washable by hand or washing machine. Clothes today are quite expensive, so I take great care of them so they will last a long time, especially the wool ones. Now, I don’t need to worry about this. I know where to purchase quality for myself. It is so cool that Ramblers Way Farm uses technology to create soft, next-to-skin wool apparel for everyone to wear… every day!

I woke up at 10 PM and got downstairs for my late dinner. I ate just light meal so it is easy to digest. In the kitchen I was busy to wash all the dishes waiting in the sink and some were still on the stove. Hubby made spaghetti tonight and he didn’t wash all the kitchen wares he used. Oh well, it is okay. I took me more than hour to do dishes I think. My daughter followed me downstairs while crying. She was mad at me for leaving here upstairs. Oh well, how would I know she woke up? I gave her a hug and kiss to console and a glass of grape juice. While I was doing dishes she was also watching “Charlie” on the Disney Channel. We both got back upstairs and found out hubby was already asleep. I thought he was still watching TV. Since I couldn’t go back to sleep yet, I just had to fold clothes out from the dryer and loaded dirty clothes in the washer. Later on, will head to bed.
